The Value Engine @ Product Management Nights Berlin

This video is an edited version of our talk at the Product Management Nights Berlin (1st Dec 2020). We presented our agile portfolio management framework that focuses not only on delivery but also on discovery. It enables an experimentation culture and gives teams a vast amount of freedom for self-organization.
